If you don’t like the weather at Machu Picchu, wait 5 minutes
This is not the view that you want to see when visiting Machu Picchu.
Not at all.
When the clouds lift—and for us they thankfully do—what’s revealed is grass more day-glow than the sun manages to be. Incan rock walls sprouting with dew-sopped moss, miniature flowers, and splotches of lichen. And the occasional llama emerging from the fog like a film noir detective.
I really like the dew drops on moss pic!
Thanks [F]oxy. We could only see a foot in front of our faces at that point through the fog, so the dew was about all I could see!
